Quad RS232 HS Driver

Virutal COM port(VCP) drivers cause the USB device to appear as an additional COM port available to the PC. Application software can access the USB device in the same way as it would access a standard COM port.

Anyway, if you show Quad RS232 HS in device manager, this is virtual COM port for FTDI chips. Here is FTDI chip site, and you can download Windows, Linux, Mac, and WinCE.
